In fact, a cattle farmer in Hardoi district celebrated the birthday of his two goats with great pomp. The birthdays of two goats named “Sweetie” and “Monica” were celebrated. Invitation cards were printed
Local resident Sonu told the media that cattle farmer Lalaram Srivastava, living in Gaura Danda village of Sadar tehsil, had invited the villagers by getting invitation cards printed. The celebrations began on Sunday night with religious rituals including recitation of Ramayana and Bhagwat. The goats were bathed and garlanded and dressed in new clothes. They were dressed in birthday caps and the cake was cut in the traditional manner.
No stone was left unturned in organizing the event
According to local villagers, Lalaram left no stone unturned in organizing the event. A DJ was arranged, on whose tunes the children, youth and elders of the village were dancing. A grand feast was also arranged for about 200 people. Lalaram says that Sweety and Monica are part of his family, so their birthday was celebrated in a special way.
