Bhopal, February 19 () Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh and senior Congress leader Kamal Nath has termed the budget for the year 2026-27 presented by the Mohan Yadav government in the state assembly as an ignorant budget. He has said that the state has to spend Rs 27 thousand crore every year on repaying the loan interest.
In fact, in the budget, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s resolution of knowledge (knowledge) for the welfare of the poor, youth, farmers and women power, the state government has also included the eye of industry and infrastructure.
This budget of the state for the year 2026-27 has been called Gyani. Talking to reporters on this budget of the state government, former Chief Minister Kamal Nath said that the budget of Madhya Pradesh government is not knowledgeable but ignorant.
Kamal Nath said that the state government has a debt of Rs 5 lakh crore. In the current financial year itself, a loan of more than Rs 70 thousand crore was taken. The government has to spend Rs 27 thousand crore every year just to repay the loan interest. Senior Congress leader said that Madhya Pradesh has become the capital of lies of the country, the state is in a bad condition.
Earlier, regarding the budget in the state assembly, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is continuously moving forward with Prime Minister Modi’s resolve of knowledge-based development. Madhya Pradesh government has now also included the Eye of Industry and Infrastructure in its resolve to provide knowledge for the welfare of the poor, youth, food providers and women power.
This budget of the state for the year 2026-27 has been prepared on the guiding principles of Gyani, in which there is a resolution to provide poor welfare, skill development and employment-oriented training of youth power, increase in the income of food providers, women empowerment, development of basic facilities and better facilities for industrial investment in the state.
