Jodhpur. Under the awareness and public participation program of Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project, a target group meeting was organized in Lakhara Mohalla Ward No. 30, Jodhpur under the guidance of Rudip Jodhpur Superintending Engineer Shiv Ram Soni.
Social development expert Santlal Saran, while giving information on the development works of Rudip, discussed the better use and maintenance of the sewerage system and told the people that under the project to strengthen the sewerage system in the area, the bathrooms, kitchens and toilets of the houses have been re-connected to the sewer lines by replacing the old lines and said that they must install mesh at the drainage points of the kitchen and bathroom. Do not let vegetable pieces, stalks, solid waste etc. flow into the sewer line, this causes the line to get blocked, due to stagnation of dirty water around the houses, breeding of flies and mosquitoes can lead to dengue, malaria and other contaminated water borne diseases.
