Are you taking this decision on your own free will?
People often agree to marriage due to pressure from family or friends. But before doing this, it’s important to ask yourself: do you really want to spend the rest of your life with someone, or are you just trying to avoid loneliness or societal expectations? The foundation of marriage should be based on your own personal desire and not on any external pressure.
Are you ready to share your life with someone?
After marriage, “I” is replaced by “we.” Your decisions, your time, and even your financial planning will be influenced by your spouse. So, before you say “yes,” ask yourself: Are you ready to make changes to your lifestyle and adapt to another person’s likes and dislikes? If you still want to live completely on your own terms and are not ready to compromise, then you should take a little more time.

Can you talk openly with each other?
This is the most important question. Are you able to discuss openly with your future partner on every issue?
