Bharatpur. A weekly review meeting was organized in the District Collectorate auditorium on Monday under the chairmanship of District Collector Qamar Chaudhary. In the meeting, the progress of various schemes, budget announcements, development works and innovations run by the Central and State Governments was reviewed.
District Collector said that as per the wish of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, Bharatpur district should play its important role and get a better position in the state level ranking. For this, all the officers should complete the plans of their respective departments on time and ensure desk to desk follow-up by maintaining regular coordination with higher officials. Laying special emphasis on the effective implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), he directed the officers of 12 departments including Panchayati Raj, Police, Medical, Agriculture, Education to work seriously. He said that all departments should organize internal review meetings before the district level meeting and ensure regular monitoring.
The District Collector instructed the CMHO to expeditiously dispose of the pending applications for disability certificate on the Swavalamban portal. Also asked to ensure progress through comprehensive screening programs under TB Free India Campaign and upload the departmental progress on the portal on time. Social Justice and Empowerment Department and Education Department were instructed to quickly verify the remaining 245 children under the Palanhar Scheme.
He instructed the officials of Municipal Corporation, Panchayati Raj, PWD, Electricity, PHED, Mining and Police Department to ensure timely disposal of the cases registered on the CM portal so that the ranking of the district is not affected. CMHO was instructed to coordinate with the Information Technology and Communication Department to increase progress in the Lado Incentive Scheme and solve the problems related to the portal.
The District Collector gave necessary guidelines for quick disposal of pending cases related to land marking and land allotment under MP and MLA fund schemes. He directed to timely send the proposal for construction of additional community toilets at Anganwadi centres, schools, PHC, CHC, medical institutions and fair sites to the Chief Executive Officer of the District Council under the Swachh Bharat Mission Scheme. Also asked to ensure progress in physical verification of eligible beneficiaries of social security pension schemes. He said that all officers should make comprehensive preparations for the successful organization of the employment fair to be organized at the district level on 21st January.
Chief Executive Officer District Council Mridul Singh, DFO Chetan Kumar Biwi, Additional District Collector Administration Ghanshyam Sharma, Additional District Collector City Rahul Saini, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Shravan Vishnoi, PWD Superintending Engineer R.C. were present in the meeting. Meena, Superintending Engineer PHED N.K. Verma, JVVNL Ramhet Meena, Subdivision Officer Bharti Gupta, District Excise Officer Rajiv Sharma, CMHO Gaurav Kapoor, PMO Nagendra Bhadoria and other district level officers were present.
