Beijing. China successfully launched three new remote sensing satellites from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in the country’s southwestern Sichuan province. Official media gave this information. News agency Xinhua said in its news that the satellites belong to the ‘Yaogan-35’ class and were launched by a ‘Long March-2D’ carrier rocket and they successfully entered the designated orbits. This was the 396th mission of the Long March class carrier rocket.
Earlier in March 2019, China’s ‘Long March-3B rocket’ completed its 300th launch by successfully placing the new telecommunication satellite in orbit. The ‘Long March’ class carrier rocket is manufactured by ‘China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation’ and through this about 96.4 percent of the launches in the country have been done.
