Aishwarya has said that her fake intimate photographs are being used to sell copy, mug, T -shirt and other items.
The actress says that all these photos have been prepared with the help of AI by tampering with screenshots. Aishwarya Rai’s lawyer Sandeep Sethi argued in the court, saying that such activities without permission are a violation of their client’s personal rights. Even in the sexual scene of their names and photos, many platforms are working by misusing. This is very unfortunate and should be stopped. Advocate Sethi cited the 2023 decision pronounced by the High Court in one such case related to actor Anil Kapoor. He said that the High Court had said in its order that defendant institutions could not have any right to use clients or their names.
At the same time, Justice Tejas Karia of the High Court, after hearing the argument of the lawyer, said orally that he would pass an interim order warning the defendants in this regard.
