New Delhi, November 9 (IANS). Amidst the hectic life and unbalanced daily routine, keeping both body and mind healthy is a big challenge. However, Indian system of medicine has a solution to every problem. The name of one such solution is Arogya Rakshak Panchatantra.

The Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India recommends incorporating the concept of ‘Arogya Rakshak Panchatantra’ (ARP) into your daily routine to live a healthy and balanced life. This is not simple advice, but a set of five practical and sustainable habits based on naturopathy, which help maintain balance between body and mind.

Even in today’s scientific era, these principles are proving their effectiveness in promoting preventive health.

According to the Ministry of AYUSH, adopting ARP strengthens the immune system and keeps lifestyle related diseases away. These habits are not only simple, but can be easily incorporated into everyday life.

The ministry gives detailed information about these five important habits. The first habit is to eat twice a day, eating too much or too frequently puts a burden on the body. By eating nutritious food only twice a day, the digestive system remains smooth and energy balance is maintained.

The second important thing is to stay hydrated. It is necessary for the body to get enough water. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day detoxifies the body, keeps the skin healthy and relieves fatigue.

The third habit is daily exercise. A little exercise every day like walking, yoga or light exercise strengthens the muscles, improves blood circulation and reduces mental stress.

According to experts, include fasting or fasting in the fourth habit. Fasting once a week gives rest to the digestive system, cleanses the body and improves insulin. This reduces the risk of diseases like diabetes.

Make it a habit to meditate or pray twice a day as a fifth habit. Praying or meditating in the morning and evening calms the mind, reduces stress and maintains balance. It is very beneficial for mental health.

Incorporating these five habits into life not only improves physical health but also leads to mental stability. According to experts, ARP together with modern medical science can play a big role in the prevention of diseases.
