Smoking rapidly damages the egg quality of women. Harmful substances present in cigarettes can enter the body and weaken the eggs. This may cause difficulty in becoming a mother in future. Excessive consumption of alcohol can also have adverse effects on the body. Therefore doctors advise to stay away from these things.
