Hot tea makes the body hotter, increases sweating, and sometimes you feel tired, but if you are fond of drinking tea and want to maintain freshness and energy even in summer, then herbal tea made from flowers is a great option for you.
In Ayurveda, flowers are considered a treasure of medicinal properties. These flowers are not only used in worship and adornment, but also help in giving freshness and energy to both body and mind in every season, be it winter or summer. Tea made from these flowers is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, which increases immunity, reduces stress and maintains energy throughout the day.
Lotus tea provides relief from fever, thirst and burning sensation in summer. It keeps the mind calm and brings good sleep. Hibiscus or Hibiscus is rich in Vitamin C. Tea made from it controls blood pressure, boosts immunity and makes the skin glowing. It provides coolness to the body in summer. At the same time, rose tea is the most liked tea in summer.
