New Delhi, June 12 (IANS). In view of International Yoga Day, the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India is continuously sharing inspirational videos of personalities from many fields. In this series, the Ministry has posted the video of actress Juhi Chawla on social media. Through this video, Juhi Chawla was seen talking openly about the importance of yoga in her life and the positive changes brought about by it. He said that whatever he is today, yoga has played a big role in it.
While posting the video on Instagram, the Ministry of AYUSH said, Juhi Chawla’s 20 years of yoga journey is a source of inspiration for many people. The ministry has appealed to the people to adopt the ‘Yoga 365’ campaign and make yoga a part of their daily routine. Along with this, on the occasion of World Yoga Day, he also gave the message of taking a pledge of health, peace and regular yoga practice.
At the same time, through the video, Juhi Chawla told that when she started yoga, she too had to face many difficulties like other people. In the initial days, while practicing asanas during yoga classes, I used to feel pain in the body and sometimes it was difficult to understand why yoga was being done. However, after Shavasana at the end of every session, he felt a new energy and freshness.
