Mumbai, July 17 (IANS). Actor Boman Irani raises his voice on only a few issues, but the reason behind it is strong. On Friday he spoke on a serious issue. The actor stressed the power of cinema to make people aware about ‘Fragile Syndrome’ through social media and talk openly about it in the society.
The actor believes that such complex issues can be easily conveyed to people through films.
Ahead of ‘World Fragile The actor wrote, “Fragile is a must watch. As an artist, we express ourselves in telling the stories of our lives, but there are some stories which are not just for watching, but inspire us to stop, listen and understand the world of people about whom we probably know very little. ‘Fragile’ is one such film.”
Giving information about the film, he wrote, “This film shows the challenges associated with ‘Fragile X Syndrome’ with complete truth and sensitivity. This is the story of people and their families who face this condition every day with courage, patience, struggle and love.”
The actor said that he has always believed that the biggest strength of cinema is that it brings to the fore those things which people are often unable to see. A good story can change minds, start conversations, and inspire us to understand and feel more about each other.
