1 handful of black or white gram half onion (finely chopped) 1 tomato (finely chopped) 1 green chili (finely chopped) Green coriander (finely chopped) Apple pieces (optional) pomegranate (optional) half lemon black salt and chaat masala (as per taste)
Method of making here
First step: Soak 1 handful of gram in water at night. In the morning, take out the water and boil the gram in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water. Turn off the gas after 2-3 whistles.
Second step: Finely chop onion, tomato, green chillies, green coriander, apple and pomegranate seeds. Keep black salt, chaat masala and lemon juice separate.
Third step: Sieve boiled gram water and remove it in a bowl. Add chopped vegetables and fruits to it. Mix black salt, chaat masala and lemon juice on top. Delicious gram sprouts are ready.
