The kidneys work very hard for the body. Like silent workers, they help in keeping the entire body healthy. Even a small problem affects the entire body. There are some symptoms of kidney damage which can be dangerous to ignore.
When kidneys fail, the body gives these signals:
Changes in urination, change in color of urine, change in color of stool, swelling in feet and ankles, fatigue and nausea are all symptoms of kidney disease. It’s important to note that early kidney disease may have no symptoms, so if you have a family history of kidney disease or you have diabetes or high blood pressure, you should get your kidneys checked regularly.

If you notice any changes in your urine, it could be a sign of kidney damage. Frequent or excessive urination, frequent urination at night, foamy or bubbly urine, and bloody or dark urine are all symptoms of kidney disease.
Swelling
When the kidneys become damaged, they become unable to filter out harmful substances, causing excess fluid to accumulate in the body, causing swelling, especially in the feet, ankles, or legs, called edema.
