New Delhi, 19 September (IANS). Due to deteriorating lifestyle, insomnia, insomnia, has become a common problem of many people today. Lack of sleep not only makes our brain feel tired, but it can also increase many other problems of our body. If you also feel tired throughout the day and there is difficulty in sleeping at night, then yoga can help you.
Yoga not only gives rest to the body, but also calms the mind, which makes sleep deep and relaxed.
Uttanasana:- This yogasan gives a better stretch to the body, which gives relaxation to the muscles and the brain also feels refreshed. This asana improves blood circulation, which calms the mind and reduces stress, causing sleep quickly and deepens. To do this asana, you should stand upright first, then slowly exhale and tilt your body forward. During this time your head and body should be in a straight line, that is, there should be no turn in the waist while bending. Your palms touch the ground, and stay completely straight. This situation has to last for about 30 seconds.
Balasan:- By doing this asana, one gets mental peace, which makes the body relaxed and improves sleep. It has to bend the knees and sit on the ankles, then the breath has to be tilted forward, so that your head becomes comfortably between the two knees. Also, both hands have to be stretched forward. In this position, your elbows and knees are in a line, which gives complete rest to the body.
Vakrasana:- This asana relieves the spinal cord well and removes muscle stiffness. This improves blood flow to the body and feels peace, which reduces insomnia. In this yogasana, by hinging the knees and claws on the ground, slowly lifting your hands backwards and putting it on the floor. Then the body is stretched while pressing the right knee towards the left leg and has to remain in this position for some time. Then on the other hand this process is repeated.
