Bihar BJP leader and Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary has said that Nitish Kumar will be the CM of the NDA government.
BJP leader and Deputy CM of Bihar said that Nitish Kumar’s ideology may be different, but he is acceptable to all the parties of NDA. Samrat Chaudhary said that there is no point in discussing anything else in this. Samrat Chaudhary said that apart from some time, Nitish Kumar has been with BJP for the last 29 years. He said that it was because of BJP that Lalu Yadav and Nitish Kumar became CM in Bihar. Samrat Chaudhary said that when Janata Dal government was formed in Bihar in 1990, BJP had supported it. BJP had withdrawn support from Janata Dal after Lal Krishna Advani’s Rath Yatra was stopped, but Nitish Kumar remained with BJP.
In fact, recently, senior BJP leader and Home Minister in the Modi government, Amit Shah had said that only the newly elected MLAs of Bihar will decide the name of the CM. Only after this, the CM face of Grand Alliance and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav started saying that BJP will not make Nitish Kumar the CM of Bihar after the elections. The same statement was given by Congress and other anti-BJP parties. Opposition leaders had given the example of Maharashtra Shiv Sena President Eknath Shinde in support of their statement. After which now Samrat Chaudhary has made it clear that Nitish Kumar is the CM face of NDA.
