Union Minister Ramchandra Prasad Singh alias RCP Singh is in discussion. But this time he is in the headlines for his displeasure with his own party and CM Nitish Kumar. In fact, amidst the discussion of cutting the Rajya Sabha ticket, RCP has removed both Nitish Kumar and JDU from its Twitter. PM Modi’s photo is visible on his account, but the disappearance of CM is making news to the novices. It is believed that now he is trying to move away from Nitish and join BJP.
In his bio, the Union Minister has described himself as a minister, Rajya Sabha MP, IAS, IRS, and an alumnus of JNU. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and National President Lalan Singh are also missing from his Twitter handle. Whereas in the Modi government, RCP is the steel minister from JDU’s quota. He is considered to be Nitish’s confidante. Then he was sent to the center as a minister.
On the other hand, the discussion was going on for the last many days that Nitish Kumar is close to RCP’s BJP. For this reason, he is not in a mood to send him to the Rajya Sabha this time. There is still doubt whether JDU will give ticket to RCP or not. Meanwhile, his Twitter handle has also come under discussion. He suddenly left for Delhi from Patna on Tuesday. In Patna, when he was asked a question related to getting a Rajya Sabha ticket from JDU, he folded his hands. He said that he has good relations with all parties. On the question of changing the Twitter bio, he fell silent.
On the other hand, no JDU leader is ready to open his mouth regarding RCP. Till now no one is avoiding to speak openly on his displeasure. However, Nitish’s leader Lallan Singh said in response to a question that the Nitish government would last till 2025. When Nitish was asked about the Rajya Sabha candidate, he also kept on walking with a smile. That is, it is clear in this that anything can happen in the politics of JDU and Bihar.
Significantly, the term of five Rajya Sabha members of Bihar is ending in July. The date of nomination has started from 24th May i.e. today. The big thing is that till now no political party has opened its cards. The BJP has submitted 12 names to the central leadership on Sunday. When asked the question to Nitish, he said that the decision will be taken at the right time.
