Lucknow, April 25 (). Under the ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Campaign’ of the Bharatiya Janata Party, the state level planning meeting was held on Saturday at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in the capital Lucknow.
In the meeting, detailed discussion was held on organizational strength, ideological development of workers and strategy for the upcoming district training classes.
Party’s State President and Union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary, State General Secretary (Organization) Dharampal Singh and Zonal Co-ordinator of the Training Campaign Raju Bhandari guided the officials.
A large number of officials of the organization including state officer, regional in-charge, Morcha president, district president, district in-charge, training class in-charge, IT and social media workers were present in the meeting.
During this, the report of the Mandal training classes completed so far in the state was presented and the comprehensive strategy regarding the upcoming district level training programs was discussed.
Special emphasis was laid on strengthening the organizational structure, increasing the efficiency of workers and making the quality of training programs more effective.
State President Pankaj Chaudhary said in his address that ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Mahabhiyan-2026’ is an important initiative towards strengthening the organization.
He said that training is the foundation which prepares the workers for nation building and helps the organization reach new heights. Referring to the principles of Integral Humanism of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, he said that every BJP worker is inspired by these ideals and works to bring development to the last person of the society. Through training classes, organizational efficiency as well as dedication towards national interest is developed among the workers.
Describing the successful organization of training classes at the divisional level as proof of the activism of the workers, he directed that the upcoming district training classes should also be made well-organized, time-bound and result-oriented. He also said that trained workers have an important role in taking the development work going on under the leadership of Narendra Modi to the people.
State General Secretary (Organization) Dharampal Singh said that BJP is identified as a disciplined and ideological cadre based organization, in which the role of training is very important.
He said that this campaign will make the workers more capable and aware of the ideology, working style and responsibilities of the organization. He directed that district training classes should be planned with seriousness and precision and each session should be made purposeful and participatory.
Also called upon the workers to assimilate the training and play an active role in organization expansion and social service. He expressed confidence that through this great campaign the organization will become more powerful and play its role in nation building more effectively.
