Bihar Assembly Elections 2025: The politics of Bihar is at its peak today. Wednesday is going to be a very special day for the politics of the state, because today many veteran leaders will file nominations from their respective constituencies. The atmosphere is completely election colored. Somewhere there is echo of slogans of supporters, and somewhere there is an atmosphere of procession and celebration.
Nomination of Tejashwi and Tej Pratap
Today most of the eyes are on Lalu Prasad Yadav’s two sons, Tejashwi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav. Tejashwi Yadav will file nomination on RJD symbol from Raghopur seat. At the same time, his elder brother Tej Pratap Yadav is contesting from Mahua seat this time, but the special thing is that he is now contesting the elections not from his father’s party RJD, but on the ticket of his new party Janashakti Janata Dal.
This election is considered very important for Tej Pratap. After leaving RJD and forming a separate party, this is the first time that he is contesting elections on his own. He will face RJD candidate Mukesh Roshan from Mahua seat. This contest between the two is being seen as a very interesting and family political conflict.
Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha and Delhi CM also visited
On the other hand, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sinha will also file his nomination from Lakhisarai today. At the same time, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will also reach Bihar. She will attend the nomination program of Minister Dr. Sunil Kumar and after this she will address a public meeting at Kisan College, Sohsarai. On this occasion, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary and Minister Shravan Kumar will also share the stage.
Meanwhile, BJP’s Digha assembly constituency candidate Dr. Sanjeev Chaurasia will also file his nomination today. Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, Bihar BJP State President Dilip Jaiswal and many big leaders of NDA will be present in his nomination.
Discussion of Anant Singh’s Thar and Gulab Jamun
Meanwhile, strong leader Anant Singh had already filed his nomination from Mokama seat on October 14, but his entry is still under discussion. Anant Singh, who arrived to file nomination in a white Thar car, was as imposing as ever. Before nomination, he served food to about 25 thousand supporters and got 1.25 lakh Gulab Jamuns prepared for them.
However, the interesting thing was that the Thar in which they had reached had to be pushed to start it. Despite this, Anant Singh’s entry is trending on social media.
According to his election affidavit, Anant Singh has a special fondness for gold and cars. He has gold worth Rs 15 lakh, three luxury cars (including a Land Cruiser), houses in Patna, Delhi and Barh, and Rs 85 lakh in cash in the bank. There are 28 criminal cases registered against him, including serious charges like theft and murder, but he is out on bail in all of them.
Rekha Devi’s incomplete nomination
Here, RJD’s draft MLA Rekha Devi could not file her nomination on Tuesday. When she reached the office, the nomination time was over. Draft SDM Abhishek Kumar told her that now she will be able to file nomination only on Wednesday. Rekha Devi has said that she will file nomination again today and will contest the elections with full strength.
Today is going to be a very bustling day in the politics of Bihar. The entry of both the sons of Lalu family, Anant Singh’s stylish Thar, and the long line of leaders… all together are making this election battle even more exciting.
