Congress general secretary and communication in -charge Jairam Ramesh criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s upcoming visit to Manipur on Saturday, saying that it would be a ‘spectacle’ rather than ‘force for peace and harmony’.
He said that it has been confirmed that Prime Minister Modi will spend less than three hours in the state.
