Lucknow, July 18 (IANS). Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said in a program organized in Sambhal on Saturday that every person living in India will have to respect the culture and tradition of this place. He said that those who still consider themselves the children of Babar, they should understand that the new India is neither going to live in the mentality of slavery nor is it going to accept it.
He said that the double engine government is not going to spare at any cost those who play with the safety of sisters and daughters. Now Turk’s arrogance will not work, only what will happen in Sambhal will be the order of Harihar Temple.
The Chief Minister said these things during the inauguration and foundation stone laying of 66 development projects worth Rs 569 crore for Sambhal and Chandausi assembly constituencies. He said that the mafia had captured 10 thousand acres of land here. The Hindus who were murdered were the result of the atrocities once committed by the Congress government and the Samajwadi Party sinners. The poor people here were suffering the consequences of this. Now 10 thousand acres of land is vacant. CM said that it will be distributed among the poor, Dalits, deprived and backward class people.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that those who have taken illegal occupation should be declared mafia. He alleged that during the governments of Congress and Samajwadi Party, such a conspiracy was hatched that land records and other evidence did not survive. He said that these governments destroyed land records, but they can destroy records, not the truth. Truth ultimately shows its form.
He said that just as a grand temple of Lord Shri Ram has been built today, similarly the truth also remains in front. Now no one will be able to capture the 68 pilgrimage sites. If you want to live in India, you will have to respect Indian culture and tradition. Those who consider themselves the children of Babar, should know that the new India is not going to live in the mentality of slavery.
CM said that today everyone is getting the benefits of government schemes, whereas earlier it was only the Saifai Syndicate. I had the privilege of attending the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony of the development projects of Sambhal and Chandausi on this sacred land of Lord Kalki. It is a matter of great fortune that I got the opportunity to unveil the 145 feet high statue of Lord Ganapati and the 51 feet high statue of Maryada Purushottam Prabhu Shri Ram in Chandausi, which is also known as the Vrindavan of the region.
He said that this is the sacred land of Shri Hari Vishnu. Exactly 500 years ago, in the year 1526, it was defiled by foreign invaders. When invaders come, they not only loot the treasury, but also trample religion and culture. The same sin was committed here also. The sacred Harihar temple of Sri Hari Vishnu was demolished. 68 shrines here were also defiled and 19 wells were also captured. By playing with the existence of Sambhal, riots were organized here in 1976 and 1978. Hundreds of innocent people were killed, but no one was punished. The sin that happened 500 years ago was that some people were forcibly converted. But now there is a double engine government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Now the work of revival of 68 pilgrimage sites and revival of 19 wells has also started in Sambhal. The work has also been taken forward by sanctioning funds for the work on 24 Kosi Parikrama Marg.
CM Yogi said that police line is being constructed in Sambhal. A battalion of PAC is being formed here and an integrated district headquarters is also being built. Keeping in mind the development of Sambhal, various routes are being connected with four lane roads. Besides, the work of connecting Ganga Expressway with Meerut, Haridwar and Prayagraj is also being taken forward.
He said that when Lord Kalki will be incarnated, then people of the country and the world will be able to visit the Harihar Temple here as a major pilgrimage site and will also get the privilege of having the darshan of Lord Kalki.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that it is the responsibility of every citizen to preserve his heritage. The people who insulted this heritage were the same people who banned Kanwar Yatra. He alleged that the processions of Shri Krishna Janmashtami and Ram Navami were stopped and even Durga Puja pandals were not allowed to be set up. Such people live in a slavery mentality and have nothing to do with heritage. They want power at any cost, even if the country, the poor, the Dalits or the deprived society has to pay the price.
The Chief Minister said that Sambhal has once again stood with its pride and is now moving forward on a new journey of development, adding to its historical character. Sambhal is not going to stop now, but is going to become an important part of the development process. In this sequence, he has got the opportunity to gift development projects.
He said that today this work is possible because of the double engine government. He questioned whether all this was possible before 2017? Did anyone at that time even dare to take the name of Sambhal? He said that at that time a Turk used to come here and insult the people. He also used to insult the native Muslims here and used to tease them by putting his cap in their eyes.
He said that see how many big buildings are being built here under the double engine government. He said that such a system is being developed under one roof, where all the problems of the people will be solved. Also, land records are being secured in such a way that if a person dares to take over someone’s land today, the government will have the power to exhume his body and return it even after 100 years.
CM warned that if anyone used such audacity again, his work would be finished within a few minutes. He asked whether anyone had ever thought that the Ganga Expressway would pass through here. Now the distance from here to Prayagraj and Delhi has become quite easy. If someone wants to go to Haridwar, Ganga Expressway is also being connected to Haridwar.
He said that only when road, railway and air connectivity is better, the path to progress and prosperity is paved. Sambhal’s products are getting global recognition. In the interest of mentha producing farmers, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reduced the tax rate on mentha produced by farmers. The Chief Minister said that he has told Minister Gulab Devi that the demand for flyover will be accepted. Just send the proposal. Gulab Devi herself is the Minister of Secondary Education, I ask her to sanction a school here also. She said that an Inter College must be built in Chandausi, which she herself will build.
