Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday accused the Modi government of ‘stabbing the poor in the back’ by replacing Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA) with ‘Developed India-Ji Ram Ji Act’ and said that a nationwide mass movement will have to be launched on this issue.
Addressing the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting, he condemned the attacks on Hindu minorities in Bangladesh and said that the whole of India is worried by this.
