Hindi marathi language controversy: In Mumbai, the controversy over the language is once again deepening. Now a case related to language dispute has come to light at Andheri Metro Station. There was an advertisement on a wall here, which was in Hindi. The same thing was not tolerated by the MNS workers, and there was an uproar.
As soon as MNS workers saw this “Hindi advertisement”, immediately opened the front. Somebody broke the board, someone broke the board. According to him, only Marathi should be shed in the air and water of Mumbai, “external language” like Hindi is not tolerated in advertising here.
Warning of MNS leaders regarding language
The MNS leaders clearly said that “Brother, do not make the mistake of advertising in Hindi, otherwise the board will have the same condition which happened today at Andheri station.” Now obviously, advertisements must also be thinking that even next month, there will be a political strike even after installing a “cell of clothes” or “new flavor of juice”.
An official proudly said that “I oppose the Hindi board. The language of Maharashtra is Marathi, the same will work here.” Hearing this, it felt as if a big gazette had been issued and from now on, every board besides Marathi will be locked.
What is Marathi-Hindi language dispute?
Let us tell you that the dispute started from the month of July, when Shiv Sena (UBT) Chief Uddhav Thackeray and Maharashtra retirement Chief Raj Thackeray held a rally. In this, both of them showed unity about Marathi language and described the imperative to speak Marathi. Raj Thackeray said that whether it is Gujarati, or someone else, he must come to Marathi. If a person does not speak Marathi or does a drama, then apply under the ear, but do not promote by making videos. At the same time, Uddhav Thackeray said that if he had to do hooliganism for justice, then we are also ready to become goons.
