Rishikesh, December 15 (IANS). Parmarth Niketan President Swami Chidanand Saraswati praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that I pay tribute to Bharat Ratna Sardar Patel. The divine aarti of Mother Ganga on the banks of Ganga in Parmarth Niketan Rishikesh has been dedicated to Sardar Patel. He said that Patel was from Gujarat and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also from Gujarat. When Narendra Modi became the Chief Minister of Gujarat, he changed the picture, destiny and direction of Gujarat.
While talking to news agency IANS, Swami Chidanand Saraswati of Parmarth Niketan said that today is the death anniversary of Bharat Ratna Sardar Patel, who was the lion of Gujarat. I pay tribute to him. The Aarti held on the banks of Ganga is also dedicated to him.
He said that if Sardar Patel had been the first Prime Minister of India, the picture of India would have been different today. When Modi became the Chief Minister of Gujarat, the picture, fortune and outlook of Gujarat also changed. Gujarat’s Godhra-like crisis made Gujarat a model of development and legacy by providing stability and security by removing fear and confusion amid sharp criticisms, pressures, and challenges. This journey continues even today.
Praising PM Modi, he said that India’s economy has improved compared to 11 years ago. How did this happen? PM Modi has strength, honesty and transparency. PM Modi has the power to move continuously like the flow of Ganga. For this reason Gujarat became a model and now India is also becoming a model.
Swami Chidanand Saraswati said that PM Modi’s journey has been a spiritual journey from the beginning. After returning from the Himalayas, he gave his entire youth to the society. Devoted himself to meditation and service. He had faith in Sanatan and saints from the beginning. Giving examples, he said that be it the corridor of Kashi or Mahakal of Ujjain, Kedarnath or Ayodhya, we have beautified it.
He said that PM Modi presents Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta to whomever he meets. When the head of state of any country comes, he is taken to perform Ganga Aarti. He has also made the food of the poor global. The Prime Minister has maintained a balance between non-state and secular, but not separated from our cultural and religious roots, because he knows that whenever we are cut off from our roots and values, we have diminished. Whenever we are divided, we are cut off.
Swami Chidanand Saraswati said about PM Modi that I think he has preserved development and heritage with Sanatan. I remember a big event was organized, at that time he was not holding any post but he had amazing loyalty. Then he was just a worker.
He said that today the wave of Sanatan has risen. The meaning of Sanatan is that one who takes everyone along. Whether we talk about Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam or Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah, such a wave of Sanatan has spread that now the whole world is reading Hindustan Chalisa along with Hanuman Chalisa. This is his specialty.
He also said that his ‘honesty, loyalty, dedication and keeping moving day and night like the flow of Ganga, supporting everyone, developing everyone and trusting everyone’, these things make him different from everyone else. He also celebrates his Diwali with the soldiers. Soldiers are standing at the borders so that the country remains safe. It is a wonderful thing to celebrate Diwali with such soldiers.
Swami Chidanand Saraswati humming for PM Modi said that sometimes the thought comes in my heart, you were brought to earth for India.
