Maoists surrender in jharkhand: The Naxal dispute organization has got a big success in Jharkhand. 10 Maoists of the CPI operating in Chaibasa have surrendered to Superintendent of Police Anurag Gupta and other officials. The surrender included 6 men and four women. According to the police, all 1 crore prize Naxalites are associated with the squad of Misir Besra alias Sagar and Patiram Manjhi.
Among the surrendering Naxalites, Rando Bordey, Gardi Koda, Johan Purti, Niyam Sidu, Ghonore Devgam, Gaumeya Koda, Kera Koda, Carrie, Carrie, Savitri Gop and police are considered to be the result of continuous action. In the program organized at the police line in Chaibasa, all the Naxalites laid down arms and resolved to return to the mainstream. This is considered to be the result of the government’s rehabilitation policy and the continuous action of the police. DGP Anurag Gupta welcomed the Naxalites who surrendered, saying that the surrender policy of Jharkhand is one of the best policies in the country. He said- Naxalites who surrender will get an opportunity for new life, but big action will be taken against those who will take up arms. The DGP also clarified that the police have complete data of Naxalites’ activities and strict steps are being taken to maintain law and order.
31 Naxalites have been killed in various encounters

Earlier, on September 1, nine militants of the Jharkhand Janmukti Parishad, a reflection organization in Lothar district, surrendered. Four of those surrendered were militants on which a reward of five lakh rupees was declared. One had a reward of three lakh rupees, while four others were wanted in the incidents. On that occasion, the militants handed over a large number of weapons and cartridges to the police, including five AK 47 rifles. Officials say that by March 2026, the campaign has been intensified to make Jharkhand completely Naxal -free. So far this year, 31 Naxalites have been killed in various encounters.
