Indian Railways launched its new super app, RailOne, in July this year. This app provides all railway services at one place. This super app of Indian Railways has been developed to replace apps like Rail Connect and UTS Mobile. This app was initially being tested under the name SwaRail, but later the Railways launched it under the name RailOne. It provides services like online reservation, general ticket, platform ticket, food ordering, railway assistance, PNR status and train running status.
Where to download?
This super app of Indian Railways can be downloaded from Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This app is available for download on both platforms. You can log in to this app using your IRCTC or UTS ID. You do not need to create a new ID separately. This app can be accessed through biometric login and mPIN.
What is special?
RailOne Super App provides users with multiple services at one place. Railways and CRIS have jointly developed this app and it has been made user-friendly. On the home page, you can see the details of all your online reserved and unreserved tickets. You can also view all your booked tickets in a single tab. Active and canceled tickets are also shown.
Real-time tracking
This Indian Railways app can be used to check train status and PNR status. It also offers a “Food on Track” feature, allowing you to order food during your journey. You can also check the coach status of your train. Additionally, this super app also provides assistance during your journey through Rail Madad.
On this app, you can make payments using R-Wallet, the digital wallet of Indian Railways, as well as using credit cards, debit cards and UPI. You can also view information about trains running between two locations, including routes and booking schedules. The app is available in multiple Indian languages including Hindi, English, Bengali and Tamil.
