Type-5 diabetes is a type of diabetes that usually consists of lean and malnourished teenagers from low and medium-income countries. It is estimated that around the world, mainly in Asia and Africa, about 20 to 25 million people are struggling with it.
Medicine professor at Global Diabetes Institute of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York, USA, told IANS, “It is common for areas with low resources and where malnutrition is more. What are the symptoms of type 5 diabetes?
