Dalit Mob Lynching: The murder of Dalit youth Hariom Valmiki in Rae Bareli district of Uttar Pradesh, considering him a thief, shocked the entire state. Hariom used to call out the name of Rahul Gandhi for help, but the crowd did not listen to him and said that we are Baba’s people. In this matter, today Rahul Gandhi reached Hariom’s family residence in Fatehpur to meet him. After which he targeted the government and administration by tweeting and raised serious questions on the safety of Dalits and deprived communities.

Rahul Gandhi’s tweet

Rahul Gandhi has targeted the government by sharing a photo with Hariom’s mother in his tweet. Rahul Gandhi said that the murder of Hariom Valmiki has shaken the conscience of the entire country. He raised the question whether being a Dalit has still become a deadly crime in this country. The administration in Uttar Pradesh is trying to scare the victim’s family and has also tried to stop them from meeting them. Rahul Gandhi called it a failure of the system, which every time acts as a shield for the criminals and puts the victim in the dock.
