Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami has approved 3 percent increase in DA of employees and pensioners of local bodies and state government public undertakings. Ministers, MLAs, Indian Administrative Service, Police and Forestry Services officials and people from across the state met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at the Chief Minister’s residence on Sunday and extended warm wishes for Diwali.
Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami greeted all the visitors and wished them and their family members a happy Diwali. The Chief Minister said that the festival of Diwali symbolizes the victory of light over darkness and truth over falsehood. This festival gives us the message of spreading light, purity and positive energy in the society. He expressed hope that the festival of Diwali will bring new hope, prosperity and happiness in the lives of the people of the state.
While wishing Diwali to the people of the state, the Chief Minister said that everyone should celebrate this festival with cleanliness, environmental protection and mutual harmony. He has called for cooperation from all citizens in the continuous development journey of the state.
