Raipur News: The government led by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has taken two historic decisions to shape the future of the state. On one hand, the State Finance Department has approved the proposal for direct recruitment of 5,000 teachers, while on the other hand, it has issued huge administrative approval of ₹ 78 crore 15 lakh for the construction of buildings of 9 new nursing colleges. These decisions are being considered as a decisive step towards the expansion of education and health services in Chhattisgarh.
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has said that education and health are the strongest foundation for the all-round development of any state. He clarified that the aim of the government is that every child of Chhattisgarh should get excellent education and every family should have access to accessible medical facilities.
The Chief Minister has said that 5,000 teachers The new recruitment will remove the shortage of staff in rural and tribal areas, which will significantly improve the quality of teaching. At the same time, the establishment of 9 new nursing colleges will increase the scope of health services and the local youth will get new opportunities for self-reliance and employment in their own area. Responding to this, Education Minister Gajendra Yadav described the financial approval as giving new direction and strength to the education system of the state. He said that this step taken under the leadership of Chief Minister Sai will overcome the shortage of teachers in educational institutions to a great extent.
Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal termed this decision as a ‘milestone’ in the health sector. He said that this historic decision has been taken under the visionary leadership of the Chief Minister. An amount of ₹ 8 crore 68 lakh has been sanctioned for the construction of buildings for each nursing college. The Health Minister expressed confidence that with this Chhattisgarh will touch new heights in the field of health services and human resource development.

Finance Minister O.P. Chaudhary described these decisions as part of the resolve to make education and health the top priority as per the intention of the Chief Minister. Chaudhary said, “Every investment made in education and health is actually an investment in the future of Chhattisgarh. Our government is committed to providing resources to basic sectors while maintaining financial discipline. This initiative will directly promote employment generation and social empowerment.”
