However, these problems can be eliminated by keeping some things in mind. The Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India has described a complete and simple way to achieve good health.
According to the ministry, Ayurveda promotes a balanced lifestyle and overall well-being. By incorporating major principles like daily routine, menstrual cycle, diet, good habits and yoga in life, any person can remain healthy, energetic and disease free. This ancient Indian medical practice emphasizes the balance of body, mind and spirit, bringing positive change to everyday life.
The Ministry says that adopting these principles provides not just one but many benefits. Ayurveda not only cures diseases but also makes life happy. According to experts, these methods are especially useful amid increasing stress and pollution in cities.
The guidelines of the Ministry of AYUSH have advised to adopt these principles easily. In this, routine comes first, this is the principle of daily routine. This includes waking up early in the morning, exercising, bathing and eating and sleeping on time. Due to this, the biological clock of the body remains balanced and energy is maintained.
The ministry advises to change lifestyle according to the season. Eating cold things in summer, warm and nutritious food in winter. This keeps seasonal diseases away and keeps the body adapted. The ministry emphasizes on consuming proper diet. For this, balanced and satvik food, fresh fruits, vegetables and grains should be used. Choose food according to digestion, such as light warm food for those with Vata dosha. This provides nutrition and increases immunity.
The ministry provides information about Sadvritta. This includes following moral and mental behavior, speaking the truth, controlling anger, kindness and restraint. It keeps the mind calm and gives relief from stress.
The ministry tells Yoga to be the solution to a hundred problems. Asana, pranayama and meditation. Daily practice improves flexibility, breath control and mental clarity. It strengthens the body and smoothes the flow of energy.
