Applications Open for Post-Matric Scholarship: The Office of the Tribal Welfare Commissioner, Government of Jharkhand has released important information related to the Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme (academic session 2025-26) for Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste and Backward Class students.
Under this scheme, online applications have been invited, so that eligible students can get the benefit of scholarship on time.
Application will be made through e-Kalyan Portal
According to the released information, revised online applications will be accepted on e-Kalyan Portal under Jharkhand State Post-Matric Scholarship Rules 2022.
All eligible students will have to apply through this portal. Educational institutions also have to complete the process of registration and verification on the portal.

The last date for registration by educational institutions on e-Kalyan Portal has been fixed as 20 February 2026.
At the same time, the last date for students to apply online for the academic session 2025-26 has been kept as 28 February 2026.
Appeal to apply on time
The Commissioner’s Office has appealed to all concerned educational institutions and eligible students to complete the application process within the stipulated time limit.
By doing this, the scholarship amount will be received on time and any kind of problem can be avoided.
