Thiruvananthapuram. Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) (Southern Area) will run the Bharat Gaurav tourist train based on the theme “Panch Jyotirlinga Yatra” from 21 November to 1 December. Special tourist circuit train number SZBG will start from 24 Tirunelveli.
This train will have the facilities for landing and climbing and climbing at Nagarkoil Town, Thiruvananthapuram Central, Kollam Junction, Chenganur, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Thrissur, Shorranur Junction, Kozhikode, Kannur and Mangaluru stations. This eleven-day pilgrimage includes iconic Jyotirlinga temples like Nageshwar, Somnath, Bhimashankar, Trimbakeshwar and Ghneshwar as well as world famous Ellora caves.
The train will have fourteen coaches including one AC 2-tier, six AC 3-tier, four sleeper class and a pantry car. In this tour package, the selected category includes train travel, facilities for staying or refreshed in hotels on destinations, road transport, train and outside the train South Indian vegetarian food, packaged drinking water, services of a professional tour escort, safety and travel insurance in the train.
