Simple Energy has announced the launch date of its first family electric scooter and it is believed that the name of this new scooter will be ‘Simple Arrive’.
Simple Energy has confirmed that it will launch its first family-focused electric scooter on 2 September 2026. It is believed that its name will be Simple Arrive. The company has prepared it under its in-house research and development program. The Bengaluru-based company says that this scooter has been designed keeping in mind the everyday use and it will be provided with many modern features along with practical design.
This new scooter was first seen during testing in March 2026, which gave the first glimpse of its design. However, the company has not yet disclosed its price and technical specifications. The Simple Arrive will be placed below the Simple One range, which has a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 1.84 lakh. Through this the company will offer a more affordable option to the customers. Currently the company sells OneS, One and the recently launched Ultra electric scooters. Ultra claims to offer a range of up to 400 km on a single charge.
Talking about design, the look of Simple Arrive will be more simple and traditional as compared to Simple One. It will have a small visor with LED headlight at the front, while a slim LED taillight spanning the entire width has been provided at the rear. The scooter will have a long single-piece seat and flat floorboard, which will allow easy storage of everyday items.
Pictures have revealed that it may get 12-inch alloy wheels, dual rear shock absorbers, front disc brake and rear drum brake. Apart from this, it is also expected to get an upright and comfortable riding position, large under-seat storage, which can hold two half-face helmets, TFT instrument display and a small storage compartment behind the front apron.
Information about battery and motor has not been revealed yet. However, according to reports, it can be given a 3.7 kWh battery pack, which is found in OneS. Apart from this, a smaller battery option can also be offered. This scooter can give an actual range of more than 100 km on a single charge.
After launch, Simple Arrive will compete with electric scooters like Ather Rizta, TVS iQube and Bajaj Chetak. In terms of price and positioning, it can be placed close to TVS iQube and Ather Rizta, while it can be categorized slightly above Bajaj Chetak, Ola S1X and Orbiter.
