In this performance, a school boy playing the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj put so much life into his performance that the audience became emotional and the auditorium echoed with thunderous applause.

In the performance, students brought alive the story of deep friendship, loyalty, courage and sacrifice between Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and his trusted companion poet Kalash. But, a small child playing the role of Sambhaji Maharaj surprised everyone with his acting, dialogue delivery and emotional intensity. In the video, the child can be seen enacting the scene of Sambhaji Maharaj being chained with so much enthusiasm and emotion that the viewers got goosebumps. He wields a sword, roars like a lion, and shouts “Jai Bhavani! Jai Shivaji!” Says. There were tears in his eyes, determination on his face, and bravery was clearly visible in his body language. During the performance, he became so engrossed that his voice broke at times, but instead of stopping, he continued speaking his lines even louder.
