Attracted the attention of the state government by tying a black band

Dausa. Contractual tender workers protested by tying black bands at the workplace on Friday under the banner of State Federation Rajasthan, demanding their regularization. During this, the attention of the state government was drawn towards its demands. State President Rakesh Saini said that contract tender nurses across Rajasthan united and made the movement successful by tying black bands. He said that contract nurses have been submitting memorandums to the state government and departmental officials demanding regularization for a long time, but till now no advertisement related to recruitment has been issued.
He alleged that the state government is preparing to make changes in the Contract Rules 1965, which is unfair to the future of contract tender nurses. If the rules are changed then contract nurses will never be able to become regular and their future will become bleak.
Rakesh Saini said that just as the recruitment of nurses was done on the basis of merit plus bonus in the years 2013, 2018 and 2023, recruitment should be done this time also on the same lines. This is a question of the future of thousands of contractual tender employees. He made it clear that this fight will be all-out and the movement will continue until all the nurses are regularized.
He said that contract nurses are not afraid of challenges. Until the contract system is ended, recruitment should be done on the basis of merit plus bonus only. If the government still does not reconsider the decision, then the biggest ever agitation by nurses will be carried out.
Media in-charge Kapil Saini said that hundreds of nursing workers including senior nursing officer Bane Singh Gurjar, Ramvatar Meena, state president Rakesh Saini (vest), state coordinator Arbaaz Khan, district president Vijay Meena, Babu Sariya, Jagmohan Meena, Omprakash Meena, Dipanshu Tiwari, Pawan Sharma, Abhishek Gurjar, Umesh Meena, Rohit Pancholi were present in the demonstration by wearing black bands.
