Swara Bhaskar Husband Fahad Arrest: Bollywood actress Swara Bhaskar and her political activist husband Fahad Ziraar Ahmed openly express their opinion on every issue. Political activist Fahad Ahmed was detained by Mumbai Police along with other protesters during a demonstration at Chaityabhoomi in Dadar. Claiming that he was kept at Mahim police station, Bhaskar described the incident as a “shameful situation”. Swara Bhaskar has also shared a video of her husband in which the police is seen chasing him away and Fahad is only asking about his crime again and again.
In the video shared by Bhaskar on Monday evening, Ahmed can be seen being taken away by the police. He is heard asking the officers, “Why are you arresting me?” It is reported that this video was recorded at around 4:30 pm on Monday evening. Along with this, Swara informed in the comment that the police had released her at 8 pm.
Bhaskar wrote, “I received this video from @fahadzirarahmad on July 20, 2026 at 4:30 pm. He asked me to post it. Mumbai Police is allegedly attacking peaceful protesters at #Chaityabhoomi in Mumbai. Those who are in solidarity, please reach Chaityabhoomi peacefully and in large numbers.”
For information, let us tell you that many protesters who had gathered at Chaityabhoomi in support of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) protest were taken into custody by the Mumbai Police on Monday. It is reported that some protesters were injured during the police action, although the exact number of people detained or injured has not been confirmed.
