After booking tickets in AC coach, passengers expect to get basic facilities like water. But, if water does not come from the bathroom tap in 1AC coach, then questions are bound to arise. In a video that has gone viral on the internet, a passenger filmed the water shortage in a 1AC coach, and the Railways has responded to solve the problem.
When there was no water supply in the 1AC coach of Sampoorna Kranti Express running between Patna and Delhi, the passenger posted a video of the tap. Following this, the railway service responded in the comments section with several replies, including a request to refill the water supply at the next station.

While making the video, the passenger tells that it is Sampoorna Kranti Express, which is going from Patna to Delhi. It is an AC 1 coach, and its condition is bad. The passenger is pressing the tap in the coach, but water is not coming from it. When water did not come despite repeated attempts, the passenger said, “The train has just left Patna, and there is no water in both the bathrooms.”
She also said that even after complaining she did not get any response. The passenger made this video of about a minute, which shows the condition of AC 1 coach, which has now gone viral on the internet. When a user in the comments section asked the passenger to talk to the attendant staff, he said, “The attendant is leaving his seat and sleeping somewhere else.”
