New Delhi, March 14 (IANS). According to Ayurveda, people with Vata nature are light, thin and agile, but also unstable. Their mind wanders very quickly, memory may become weak and the body may feel cold or tired quickly. Therefore, it is very important to keep Vata balanced.

The first step is to eat right. People with Vata nature should avoid cold, heavy and dry things. Potatoes, raw vegetables, cold salads or very oily and spicy things are not good for them. Instead, adopt warm, light, heavy and nutritious food. Pulses like rice, wheat, moong and urad are very beneficial. Vata remains balanced by eating carrots, bottle gourd, pumpkin, asparagus, tinda and okra among vegetables. Eating banana, papaya, watermelon, pomegranate and wood apple is also beneficial in fruits. Along with this, include ghee, butter and milk in your daily routine.

Apart from eating habits, routine and habits are also important. People with Vata nature get tired easily and also become mentally disturbed easily. Therefore, it is beneficial to take short sleep during the day. Avoid strenuous or tiring exercise. Light walking, yoga and slow exercises are good. Massage with oil is also advised in Ayurveda. It keeps the body warm, gives energy and reduces muscle fatigue.

Mental peace is also very important. People with Vata nature speak very quickly, think quickly and their mind wanders here and there. Therefore avoid stress, anxiety or unnecessary conversations. Adopting meditation, pranayama and deep sleep helps. Running, flying or falling in dreams is also a sign of Vata nature, hence it is very important to keep the mind calm.

People with Vata nature are sharp, agile and energetic, but they should pay attention to their daily routine and eating habits. If you adopt these things, not only the body will remain healthy, but the mind will also remain calm and stable.
