Uric acid is made in all of our bodies. When a chemical called purine is broken down in the body, it is chemically called uric acid. Consuming some foods rich in purine such as liver, beer, peas, beans, anchovy fish increases the amount of purine in the body. Uric acid is a toxin that is produced in all of our bodies. Kidneys filter the uric acid and remove it easily from the body.
When the amount of uric acid in the body increases and the kidneys are unable to filter it out of the body, then this chemical starts accumulating in the body in the form of crystals in the joints. Increased uric acid causes joint pain. This causes pain in the feet, pain and swelling in the toes and ankles. By controlling the medicines and diet, we can control the level of uric acid.

Control uric acid with cherries: Consuming cherries keeps uric acid under control. Apple does uric acid control: By eating apple daily, the level of uric acid remains under control. Include at least 2 apples in your diet daily. This will not only control uric acid, but will also get rid of its symptoms.
Consume strawberries, blueberries, raspberries: Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries have anti-inflammatory properties that are effective in controlling uric acid levels.
