Lack of sleep causes damage to hair and skin, which even expensive products cannot compensate for. When the body does not get enough sleep, the entire body gets affected and its effect gradually starts appearing on the face and hair. Due to lack of sleep, the repair system of the face becomes weak and collagen starts getting produced less.
