Sitting for a long time, sleeping after eating or lack of physical activity can cause acidity, flatulence, piles, liver swelling or other stomach related diseases. In such a situation, Panchkol is a firm cure for all these stomach related diseases in Ayurveda. Panchkol has a collection of five herbs. It consists of the root of Pippali, Chav, Pippali, Chitrak and Nagarmotha. These five herbs have the power to fight stomach problems.

Panchkol is also effective in winter or cough and cold. All these herbs are hot and consuming it provides relief from phlegm. For cough, you can take punchkol with honey. This provides relief in phlegm and makes it easier to breathe.
