New Delhi, April 8 (IANS). If you suddenly feel restlessness, nervousness and your heart starts beating fast without any stress, then it may not be due to any kind of stress, but due to some disturbance in the stomach.
Generally, people associate restlessness in the heart with stress or heart diseases, but it is not so. If there is problem in digestion of the stomach, its effect is also seen on the heart.
When digestion is not proper, gas is formed, there is heaviness in the stomach, then it can directly affect the mind and heartbeat. Therefore, do not ignore the problem of frequent nervousness, gas, indigestion, constipation or flatulence. In Ayurveda, stomach is related to mind. If the stomach is bad then the mind will also be bad. When gas is formed in the stomach due to digestive problems, its pressure falls on the stomach and the gas starts coming out like a headache. Many times this also causes burning sensation and pain in the chest, which people get worried about as a heart attack, but it is a sign of poor digestion. Due to this, one may have to face both nervousness and restlessness.
Along with this, if there is frequent problem of gas formation, sour belching or just constipation, then it is a sign of toxin formation in the body. When the problem of toxins increases in the body, constipation and digestive disorders start occurring frequently and in such a situation purification is very important.
This problem is seen in those people who eat late at night, sit at one place instead of walking after eating, then eat more fried and roasted food, take more stress, and whose stomach is not clean. All these also slow down digestion. To avoid this, always eat food on time and take a walk after eating. One should avoid eating food late at night. If the stomach is not cleared then definitely consume fennel and sugar candy at night. If the stomach remains clean then there will be no problem of toxins in the body.
