Arthritis is a disease that does not allow a person to walk or sit properly. Pain is always pain. This causes pain in the joints and leads to stiffness and swelling. If there is too much uric acid in the body, a disease called hyperuricemia will arise. Hyperuricemia causes crystals of uric acid (or urate) to form. These crystals get deposited in the joints and this leads to arthritis, which is very painful. They also move into the kidneys and can form stones.
When sitting or sleeping, these uric acid accumulate in the joints, which suddenly makes it difficult to walk or get up. And the problem of arthritis also starts to arise. Many types of medicines and ointments come for its treatment, but for complete diagnosis, physiotherapy or yoga has to be taken.
Yoga guru Baba Ramdev says that those who have the problem of uric acid, they should first stop taking sour things. Do not take even a drop of sour things. Do not forget to take tomato and lemon in it. Cucumber, bottle gourd and pickle are not to be given. All vegetables can be eaten except gourd. Do not consume citrus fruits, pineapple and seasonal. Also do not take paneer and lentils.
The most effective treatment in this disease is to do yoga and for this, Vrikshasana, Kapotasana, Ardha Uttanasana, subtle exercises, Mandukasana, Shashakasana, Ustrasana, Bhujangasana, Tadasana and Yogic jogging etc. should be done regularly for a few days. This gives quick relief from the disease and also improves the level of uric acid.
Apart from this, exercises and exercises like swimming are also very effective. Those who have a complaint of this disease, they should avoid eating food with high salt. Shrimp, canned soup, pizza, cheese, processed meat and many other processed foods are high in salt.
