Along with this, he also said that we do not make deals under any kind of pressure or by keeping a deadline or by pointing a gun. This statement of Piyush Goyal is being considered in clear words as an answer to America from the Indian government. Let us tell you that recently US President Donald Trump has claimed several times that he has talked to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on this issue and Modi has assured him that India does not buy oil from Russia. However, this has been completely denied by the Indian Foreign Ministry. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal had said that no such conversation took place between Modi and Trump.
