Patna, July 15 (IANS). Regarding Bankipur assembly by-election, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari claimed that BJP’s Bankipur fort will be demolished on August 3. This time the public has made up their mind that they will make RJD win this seat.
Speaking to IANS in Patna, RJD spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari said that there is no contest in the Bankipur assembly by-election. The result here will be in favor of RJD. This time the people of Bankipur are with the policies of Tejashwi Yadav and Grand Alliance supported RJD candidate Rekha Gupta. BJP’s fort is certain to be destroyed on August 3.
On the Supreme Court’s refusal to cancel the bail of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav in the fodder scam case, Mrityunjay Tiwari said that justice is ultimately found only in the temple of justice. There may be a delay, but justice cannot be denied. After the Supreme Court decision, people should see how things were happening. Such actions cannot continue forever. Truth can be troubled, but it cannot be defeated.
On the Supreme Court not hearing the Bharat Tiwari case of Bihar, RJD spokesperson said that whatever decision of the court cannot be commented on.
RJD spokesperson made strong comment on UP’s decision to ban non-veg in KGMU. He said that there is a BJP government in UP and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath can take any decision. From changing the names of districts to now banning non-veg food in colleges.
He said that donations were stolen in Ayodhya. CM Yogi should answer openly on this matter.
The nomination process for Bankipur Assembly by-election has been completed. Voters will cast their votes on July 30. The result will be declared on August 3 after the completion of the voting process.
This time there is a strong fight between BJP-Jansuraj and RJD candidates from Bankipur seat. BJP’s current national president Nitin Naveen had won this seat by a record number of votes in the 2025 assembly elections. After going to Rajya Sabha, Nitin Naveen resigned from Bankipur seat. After the resignation, the seat became vacant, for which a by-election is being held.
