Owaisi on tejahswi-modi: Amidst the political heat of Bihar, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi has brought his electoral activity into a ‘super-active’ mode. In a public meeting held at Zero Mile in Madhubani district on Monday, the Hyderabad MP roared so that the opposition was sleepy. His direct target was Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav and his ‘Gurur’. Owaisi not only blamed the defeat on Tejashwi, but also called Muslim voters to think in a new direction.
‘Tejashwi’s voter is drinking tea in Modi’s lap’
Owaisi attacked the opposition in his familiar manner in a gathering public meeting with the crowd. He bluntly said that no one else is responsible for the BJP’s victory, but only leaders like Tejashwi Yadav. He made a big allegation saying, “These people accuse AIMIM of being ‘B team’, but the truth is that the BJP wins because Tejashwi’s voter is sitting on Modi’s lap and drinking tea.” Owaisi said that when these leaders are unable to explain their voters and ignore them, the accusations put on Owaisi.
He warned Tejashwi Yadav, saying, “If you stay in Gurur like this and will be immersed in your ego, then it will harm Bihar. The people of Bihar will never forgive you for this.” His gesture was clear – the Muslim society now wants to be not only a vote, but wants to be a political voice and leadership.
70 years of time is enough: Muslim society should prepare its ‘leadership’ itself
Owaisi, while furthering his point, gave the message of self -consciousness to the Muslim society. He said that a long time of 70 years is enough to understand that unless the Muslim society will create its own leadership, no one will talk seriously on their issues. He said that the population of Muslims in Bihar is about 19 percent, it is such a large population that without it neither a government can be formed nor a big political decision can be taken.
The MP made a clear appeal, “I have come to say that you do not sit at home by casting votes. I request that you guys prepare your leadership. Your cooperation is necessary in the battle being fought by AIMIM. This fight is yours.” Their purpose is to make Muslim youth only by raising above the ‘vote bank’ and making ‘partners of power’.
Nitish-BJP does not want to return, but …
Owaisi, while clarifying the attitude of his party, said that Majlis does not want Nitish Kumar and BJP government to form once again in Bihar. He appealed to the youth to keep in mind the future of 60 percent of the youth under 25 years of age. He said that it is necessary to fight for justice in the country and hatred against Muslims, in such a situation.
He said with great revelations, “We wrote a letter to Congress and Lalu Yadav to fight this farakaparati (communalism). We had sought only 6 seats while offering an alliance. Even we said that if you are in power, do not make any of our MLAs a minister. But he did not accept our offer.” Owaisi reiterated the attack on Tejashwi and said that if the election result came ‘separate’, then he will know who was preventing Modi from coming to Bihar and because of whom the BJP won. It is clear that Owaisi is now throwing full strength to make his strong place in Bihar politics and is preparing to make a big dent in the ‘M-Y’ (Muslim-Yaadav) equation.
