Uttarakhand News: On the occasion of completion of 25 years of Uttarakhand state, the three-day Devbhoomi Rajat Utsav program organized by the Information and Public Relations Department at Rodibelwala parking place was inaugurated by Rajya Sabha MP Naresh Bansal by lighting the lamp and blowing conch shell. Addressing the program, the state MP said that we have got the state of Uttarakhand due to the struggle and sacrifice of the state agitators and today it is a matter of great joy that the state of Uttarakhand is completing its 25 years on 9th November and in these 25 years the state has achieved many high places. He said that under the able leadership of the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the state is moving forward on the path of continuous development.
He said that when the state of Uttarakhand was formed, the work of the state was started with pooled resources and today the state has become one of the leading states of India. He said that after the formation of the state, the state has achieved high status in the fields of education, roads, health and employment. He has said that to strengthen the health system, 08 medical colleges have been opened, and all the roads have been connected to All Weather Road and work on the Rishikesh Karnaprayag Rail Line project is being done. Which will boost tourism in the state. He also said that under the able leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, jobs have been provided to more than 25 thousand unemployed youth in the last four years. The state has secured second place in financial management among the Himalayan states, there has been an increase in per capita income in capital income, the government is working on the policy of Zero Torrance against crime and corruption. He said that Uttarakhand state is the first state in the country to implement UCC and anti-copying and land laws.
He said that today Uttarakhand is working better in every area of the state and is touching the heights of development. He said that the Prime Minister said that the third decade will be of Uttarakhand. He said that poverty has reduced by 4 percent in the state and migration in the state has also reversed. He said that the Center has praised the state for its mining policy and has also received an award of Rs 100 crore. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision is that India will be included in the developed nation by 2047 and every village should be happy and developed. To realize this vision, everyone’s cooperation and positive contribution is needed. On this occasion, Rajya Sabha inaugurated the digital exhibition and visited the exhibition stalls set up for the public welfare schemes run by the state government and the central government.
On this occasion, the agitators who participated in the movement of Uttarakhand state were also honored by the chief guests. Which includes Jagat Singh Rawat, Jaswant Singh Bisht, Bhopal Singh Bisht, Anju Upreti, Beena Nautiyal, Ashu Battarwal, Bhagwan Joshi, Surendra Saini, Madan Gaur, Anand Saini, Saket Vashishtha, Bhim Singh Rawat, Rohit and Vishnudutt Semwal etc. On the occasion of Devbhoomi Rajat Utsav, a painting competition was also organized by the students of various schools in which students of GPS 41, PBMU Inter College and Gurukul Kangri participated in the painting competition.

Minister of State Shyamveer Saini, Shobharam Prajapati along with BJP District Vice President Luv Sharma, General Secretary Heera Singh Bisht, Arvind Kushwaha, City Magistrate Kushma Chauhan, Deputy District Magistrate Jitendra Kumar, District Development Officer Vedprakash, APD Nalneet Ghildiyal along with people and students of various schools were present.
