Recently, there has been a strong discussion across the country that telecom companies should bring such plans which last for full 30 days. Amidst this demand, Reliance Jio has now introduced a new, affordable plan with a validity of 30 days. At first glance, this plan looks pretty attractive; But, when it is looked at more closely, a big twist emerges.
New ₹319 plan
Jio’s ₹319 prepaid plan is now available on both its official website and app. The most special thing about this plan is its validity, which provides full 30 days of service to the users. Additionally, users get 1.5GB 4G data per day, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited calling. Apart from this, this plan also gives users access to digital services like JioTV and JioAICloud. What’s surprising is that the plan reportedly also includes a free 18-month subscription to Google Gemini Pro—a service that comes at a pretty high price.
What is the difference between the ₹319 and ₹349 plans?
If you look carefully at the ₹319 plan and compare it with the ₹349 plan, the real picture emerges. The ₹349 plan gives you 2GB of 4G data per day, and—most importantly—it also includes the benefit of unlimited 5G data. Additionally, this plan also offers 3 months subscription to JioHotstar, which is a big benefit when it comes to entertainment. As a result, the ₹319 plan looks a little less attractive in comparison, given the extra benefits you get by spending just ₹30 more.
Airtel 30-day recharge plan
Bharti Airtel’s ₹355 prepaid plan is designed for users who need more data at a time. This plan offers unlimited calling facility with a validity of 30 days. Apart from this, it gives a total of 25GB data, which users can use anytime as per their need. The biggest feature of this plan is that it also gives free access to Adobe Express Premium for one year, which is estimated to be worth around ₹4,000. From this point of view, this plan is perfect for those who prefer to use a large amount of data at one go rather than being restricted to daily usage limits.
