New Delhi, December 24 (IANS). The process of congratulating the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) on the successful launch of LVM3-M6 continues from across the country. Vice President of India C.P. Apart from Radhakrishnan, many Union Ministers praised India’s success in the space sector.
A post from the official ‘X’ handle of the Vice President of India praised the successful launch of LVM3-M6 carrying the US spacecraft Blue Bird Block-2. Radhakrishnan wrote, “This historic mission, which has placed the heaviest satellite ever launched from Indian soil into low Earth orbit, demonstrates India’s leadership in space technology, strengthens our heavy-lift capability, and further cements our growing role in the global commercial launch market. This is a proud step towards a self-reliant India, with India reaching greater heights in space.”
Union Minister JP Naddi wrote on Twitter, “It is a proud moment for India as ISRO successfully launches LVM3-M6 mission, placing USA’s Blue Bird Block-2 spacecraft into its intended orbit. Launching the heaviest satellite ever from Indian soil shows India’s growing strength in heavy-lift launch capability. These achievements reflect PM Modi’s continued support and clear vision in strengthening ISRO and India’s space sector. Hearty congratulations to our scientists and engineers for taking ISRO to new heights of space excellence.”
Congratulating the ISRO team, Union Home Minister Amit Shah wrote, “The American spacecraft, Blue Bird Block-2, which was launched today to improve communications around the world, reflects the caliber of Indian scientists who have transformed India’s space prowess into commercial success, and fulfill PM Modi’s vision of making India a global destination for space technology.”
Foreign Minister S. Describing this achievement as a symbol of the success of self-reliant India, Jaishankar wrote, “Congratulations to Team ISRO on the successful launch of LVM3-M6 ‘Bahubali’, which placed the 6+ tonne Blue Bird Block-2 communication satellite in Low Earth Orbit. This launch of the heaviest payload ever from Indian soil shows the growing technological capability of India and the success of self-reliant India under the leadership of PM Modi.”
Describing it as a proud moment for India’s space ecosystem, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari wrote, “The successful LVM3-M6 mission, which successfully launched the heaviest satellite ever launched from Indian soil, USA’s Blue Bird Block-2, into its intended orbit, showcases India’s growing heavy-lift launch capabilities and strengthens our credibility in the global commercial launch market.
